Course overview
Buyers may see value in a solution, but still hesitate when the cost of changing feels too high or the decision feels too risky. This training helps sellers identify hard and soft costs of change, understand business and personal risk, and learn how to reduce the customer’s perception of both. Participants can expect to apply the concepts to active opportunities and build confidence in how they position support, implementation, and success stories to help customers move forward.
